Believe it or not,
last night was the very first time I've ever made fish.
I made Oprah's zesty lime fish tacos
(with cheddar cheese, of course)
and they were Off. The. Hook!

I've been talking about making fish for quite awhile now but haven't done it either. Those look great though! I may be inspired... again :).
